For the City of Prague and the Holešovice Market, we developed a concept for the new use of the historic Burza building. We proposed three interconnected operations — a vibrant beer garden, a multifunctional event venue, and an all-day bistro bar with catering. The project also included a detailed economic analysis of all concepts and their operating models. The result is a comprehensive strategy that activates the building from morning to night.
