For Sumi Garden, we secured a new 410 m² space on Hybernská Street. While the location beneath a busy main road might seem challenging at first glance, it offers exceptional long-term potential.
We aligned the needs of both the client and the developer, Penta Real Estate, and proposed a solution that included merging two separate units. The result is a spacious venue with high visibility, positioned next to the rapidly developing Masaryk Station area.
