Sumi Garden: Hybernská

Pro Sumi Garden jsme našli nový 410m² prostor v Hybernské ulici. Lokalita pod rušnou magistrálou byla sice na první pohled výzvou, z dlouhodobého hlediska ale představuje mimořádný potenciál.

We aligned the needs of both the client and the developer, Penta Real Estate, and proposed a solution that included merging two separate units. The result is a spacious venue with high visibility, positioned next to the rapidly developing Masaryk Station area.
