ČSOB Radlická: Retail Concept Study

We prepared a concept study for the retail part of the redevelopment around the Radlická metro station, where ČSOB plans to revitalize the square and connect it with surrounding projects, including opening and improving access to the metro underpass. Our goal was to design an effective integration of retail spaces and provide a foundation for their future operation.

The design defined suitable unit sizes and typologies to create a vibrant local center for ČSOB employees and residents of the new residential developments. The study was followed by AP Atelier (Josef Pleskot), which gave the area an attractive architectural character and reinforced its role as a new natural center of Radlická.
