Danube House: Office Leasing Management

Since 2025, we have been responsible for leasing office spaces in Karlín’s iconic buildings — Danube and Nile House, Amazon Court, Mississippi House, and Missouri Park. Our main focus is the Danube House, which is currently undergoing a complete renovation and will reopen in summer 2026. We manage the marketing and execution of leases, communication with real estate agents, and the preparation of lease agreements.
